Shopping Procedure
- Visit Genshin.Global Online Shop to start browsing our product catalog
- Note: Official Merchandise means products from Genshin Impact Flagship Store designed and produced under MiHoyo/Hoyoverse (Genshin Impact’s developer and owner), while the rest “non-official” merchandise are either from other 3rd party companies or fan-made.
- Click on a product to learn more about it in its product detail page
- Hit the “Add to Cart” button if you want to buy the product then it will appear in your “Shopping Cart”
- If you want to continue to shop you can close the Shopping Cart panel and repeat step 2 and 3 as you desire. Once you have all you need in the cart, proceed to place order using the “Checkout” button in Shopping Cart.
- In Checkout page fill in your information, pick your preferred delivery method and payment method, then hit the “Place Order” button.
- Complete delivery info and “Confirm Payment” to place orders and pay.
- If you have a discount code, you can input it in the page of “Shopping Cart ” and click “Checkout” to the payment page.
- We accept Paypal payment and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Discover, and also Apple Pay and Google Pay at this moment but we may include other payment methods in the future. For more information, you may read more about payment.
- Order confirmation email will be sent to you after successful payment. Please check the order details. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- Shipping confirmation email will be sent to you after the product is shipped. Orders are shipped with tracking code for you to check the shipping status at any time. Normally parcel will arrive at the shipping address within 14 days AFTER dispatch from our warehouse. For details, you may read our terms about shipping.

About Shipping
- We provide air freight parcel delivery at flat rates for 2 classes, Standard and Express, for one destination other than Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Mainland China.
- The Standard shipping is the default economical method and the Express option is a more speedy and direct delivery service. Please be reminded the actual shipping will not begin UNTIL the processing of your order is done which will take up considerable amount of time. Do check our Terms & Policies > Shipping Policy for more information if delivery time is a big concern to you.
- Basically we can ship to most places of the world. The list of countries/regions below have some corresponding rates while for those not on the list there is another fixed rate.
- Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR & Mainland China: Free ground delivery
- Asia – Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietman: 25 USD / 60 USD for Express
- America – Canada, United States: 35 USD / 60 USD for Express
- Europe – Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 30 USD / 60 USD for Express
- Australia, New Zealand: 30 USD / 60 USD for Express
